Product Description

1. Application

AGD-40 Double Cylinder Automatic Rebar Cold Forging Machine is used for upsetting the rebar end to increase its diameter by cold forging high pressure, and then cut thread on it. The thread diameter is larger than the reinforcement base metal, in order to improve the quality of splicing, and make the compression strength and tensile strength on splicing section bigger than the base metal. The machine is suitable for bridges, subways, tunnels, power plants and other high requirement projects.

2. Feature
The machine is easy to operate, with high-quality processing and high speed, free from the impact of the environment, which could upset 16-40mm HRB335 and HRB400 grade steel rebar.

3. Structure
The machine includes the under-frame, downward cylinder, forward cylinder, mold and mate mold, electrical control system, hydraulic system and other components.
