1. What is the MOQ?
For off-shelf goods in stock, there won't be any MOQ issue. Considering the high shipping costs, we will recommend 100 square meters for a bulk order at the first beginning. For customized projects, the MOQ will depend on the colors of pattern and yarn material requests.

2. Can you produce the carpet according to customer's sample or design?
We have a strong R&D team, some of whom have been working in carpet design for more than 20 years. 

Our team normally worked in partnership with our clients every step, their rich experience and high skills will be able to provide the most successful and exciting results.

 
3. Are sample available?
Samples from our catalogue will be available and free, but the delivery cost is excluded. While for customized samples, there will be prototyping costs, which might be able to be refunded in future bulk orders.

4. Are OEM and ODM both available?
Yes. You can feel free to contact our sales and send your requirements for more details.

5. What payment term will be?
We can offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF price and etc. The clients can ship the goods by air, by sea, and by courier. The nearest port to our factory will be Tianjin Port. We also can do other ports by requests.

6. What's your delivery time?
For goods in stock, we can send the cargo within 3days after the payment or getting 30% deposit. For customized projects, it will need 15-30days depending on the quantities.
