High elastic Foam
High Elastic Foam is one kind of New Environmental Friendly material which is developed by Fule (Jinjiang) Footwear Material Co.,ltd .This material is made by TDI raw material instead of MDI raw material ,so it is more Environmental friendly .The density can be 55 kg/m3 to 140 kg/m3, and the hardness can be (ASKER..C) 13 to 25 .It will make you have more choices .
The insoles which is made by high elastic foam will be more resilient and more comfortable than the ordinary insoles in the market. The features of the insole are high elastic , recycled , shock-absorption, wear-resistant and not easily deformed. Owing to the
specific material , the insole wears comfortably .At the same time , it also has odor reduction, sweat absorption, antibacterial features .High elastic foam can be used in sports shoes , casual shoes , fashion shoes, children shoes and so on .

Q：What density of high elastic foam do you make ?
A: We have densities : 65-75 KG/M3, 85-95 KG/M3, 95-105 KG/M3,115-125 KG/M3,135-145 KG/M3.

Q: what thickness do you make ?
A: The thickness can be 2mm-20mm. If it is more than 20mm, you can contact me .
Q: What hardness do you make ?
A: The foam of different densities has different hardness . The hardness is adjustable. If you need harder or softer ,you can contact me .
Q: What width do you make ?
A: The width can be 1.2M-1.5M .The usual width is 1.4M or 1.5M . If you need other width, the quantity should be 2000M at least .
Q: What is antibacterial foam .
A: we add antibacterial powder , so it becomes antibacterial foam .
Q:What is laminating and self -adhesive ?
A: Laminating is our foam with fabric one side or both sides .And foam with self -adhesive is foam with glue and it is covered by paper .
:Q: what do you mean the foam can cut 4mm front and 6mm back ? Is it a slope ? What about the perforation ?
A: In order to make the insoles more comfortable , most customers will be use slope foam to make the heel thicker . They may cut 4mm/9mm, 2mm/4mm, 4mm/8mm and so on . Perforation will make the foam more breathable .
Q: What can we print on the foam ? what color is it ?
A: You can print your logo on it . If the foam color is dark such as black , dark green and so on , I think white or blue is ok . If the color of the foam is light such as light green , blue , white and so on , I think you can choose black . Printing black color will be cheaper . And it is better that you choose simple logo .
