Installation:

1.Remove the water filter from the packaging.

2.To activate the filter, soak it in cold warer and shake it for 1 minute.

3.Take out the water tank from the machine and romove the old filter (if there is).

4.Insert the new filter onto the filter connection of the water tank. Ensure the filter fits tightly and the seal is on the right position.

5.Fill the water tank with fresh water before insert it in the machine.

6. The filter is ready to use.

Caution:

Do not use this filter cartridge with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection.

1. What’s the MOQ?

    1 piece coffee machine is ok. But for OEM or ODM orders, it should be a 20” container.

4.Is there any warranty for your products?

       We will help you to solve problems online-a phone call or online meeting.We do not supply free spare parts because it is hard for us to check the reason when this is an error.
