Yes, we are one of the largest professional building energy efficiency testing equipment manufacturers. Each machine in our factory has a 14 month warranty after shipment. Generally speaking, we provide 12 months of free maintenance, and considering the shipping, we can extend 2 months for our customers.

A1: if your machine breaks down, you can email us. We will try our best to find the problem through email or Skype,Whatsapp,Line video chat. After confirming the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site maintenance.

Question 2: what are the delivery terms?

A2: most of the time, our factory has stock. If there is no stock, the delivery time is usually 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit. If you have something urgent, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.

Do you accept customized service? Can I print my trademark on the machine?
