The material of the meltblown cloth is mainly consist of polypropylene (pp), which is the core material of the mask. The fiber diameter can reach 1-5 microns. There are many voids, fluffy structure and good fold resistance. The ultra-fine fibers with unique capillary structure increase the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, so that the melt-blown cloth has good filtering, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption. It can be used in the fields of air, liquid filtration materials, insulation materials, absorption materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials and wipers.

Meltblowing process principle
The nonwoven process of melt-blown uses high-speed and hot air to draw a thin stream of polymer melt extruded from the die orifice of the die, thereby forming ultra-fine fibers and condensing on the screen or roller, and relying on self-adhesion and become a non-woven fabric.
