The mine truck steering column group is molded shell using injection molding process. The mine truck steering column group is standardized or customized according to customer needs. Independent combination of meters or multiple indicators and multiple instruments. Panel and 6-way rocker switch, suitable for dual electronic handle switches or mechanical joysticks and wire harness.
The pivot point is located in the middle of the instrument panel, adjustment range is 5 degrees forward (windshield), 25 degrees backward (driver). Pull the locking handle on the left side of the rotating direction counterclockwise, adjust before and after. After turning the mine truck steering column group to the proper position, turn the rotating handle, clockwise to lock the steering machine.

The mine truck steering column group shroud is plastic injection moulding from durable materials, and tough construction to withstand everyday wear and tear ,it can using under -50℃ to 80 ℃. Energy dissipation management in the event of a frontal collision to ensure safe and reliable driving. The inside components are plastic injection moulding or galvanised to prevent rust.
Depend on the space of your mining machinery cabin and operator convenience ,we offer different models of steering column assembly, all the steering column can be made with different installation plate according to your need. The mine truck steering gear is mounted on the hydraulic power steering pump through the keys , we have parallel key and spline key.
