1. Can you put our logo on the product and the packaging? Yes, we can, based on MOQ of different item will not add extra charge. If not meet MOQ, we will recommend to print your LOGO on the product,about the packaging of your design,like blister card, colour box, header card etc,will have extra cost. 2. Can you customize the product? Yes, we can customize the product as per your design, Or you can advise us what you need,we will make design for you. If relative of mould,we will discuss details to open mould specially. 3. How do you control the quality? We have full time QC to supervise and the control the quality of every order,during production at least 3 times, at the start of the production, 50% finished production, 80% finished production. At last, when goods ready and finished packing we will check again before loading. 4. What is the production lead time? It's usually 35 days of common package and our design. If OEM design order, it depends on order quantity, we can discuss schedule when confirm order. 5. Do you provide free samples? For most products, we provide the sample for free. You just need to pay the international freight cost. If you have an agent in China, we can send the sample to your agent's address. 6. How do we make the payment? 30% advance deposit after confirmed order,70% balance TT against BL copy is our standard term. We can communicate and discuss if you have special requirement.
