- the first step machine to pour glue, and drying.
- used red glue,per cbm need 8kgs red glue.
- the second step: to cut the paper.the paper width is about
1100/740mm
-automatictly cut after setting, could count how many picese of paper
numbers
-the third step: make the resined paper into corrugated shape
-then the paper width is about 1060/700mm.
-7090, 7060, 5090 model, different size, controller by this step.
- the fourth step : put the corrugating paper on white glue
- used white gule,per cbm need 10kgs white glue.
-the fifth step:the machine heat and dry the corrugated paper to make it solidifying.
-the fifty step, cutting cooling pads block into required size.
