The boiling dryer comprises a boiling dryer main machine, a radiator and an induced draft fan, the main machine comprises a barrel, a bunker  and a filtering cloth bag ;the radiator is communicated with the boiling dryer main machine; the upper part of main machine is connected with the induced draft fan through an air funnel. The boiling dryer is characterized by further comprising a rotary dehumidifier, the air outlet of the rotary dehumidifier is connected with the radiator; the air inlet is connected with the exhaust outlet of the induced draft fan through the air funnel;The rotary dehumidifier will reduce the air humidity of the materials as soon as possible.

Working Principle

The purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom by the draft fan and passed through the screen plate. The fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure in the working room. The moisture will be rapidly evaporated and exhausted so the material can be dried very fast.

Application

This machine has been widely used in many fields like:

1, medicine, food, feed, chemical and other fields of wet particles and powder materials drying.

2, screw extrusion particles, swing particles, high-speed mixed granulation particles.

3, large particles, small pieces, viscous block granular materials.

4. Grain shoch, acrylamide, etc., wherein the volume changes during drying
