1.What is the minimum order quantity?
It is depending on items, We can supply you the lowest minimum order quantity. OEM brand MOQ should be negotiated according to
different products, for factory brand we accept any quantity, we have stock.
2. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide the samples but it's not free. We would deduct this fee from your mass production order. Sample usually 3-5 days after payment received.
3. What is your warranty term for products?
Our warranty period is depends on the item. We usually offer 1 year warranty for our professional &industry range of power tools
for multiple function problem or parts quality problem.
4.What's your payment terms?
We would accept 30%~50% T.T payment for production.
The balance must be paid before the shipment.
5. What's the delivery time?
For factory brand we could deliver the goods within 7 days after order confirmed; For OEM brand takes 40 days after order confirmed.
6. How about the shipping?
We do provide international Express door-to-door, Airline and sea freight;
7. What's your warranty for this product?
We provided customer with long time after sales with technology support. Any product with original broken, we will be responsible for it.
8. How to place order?
Step1) Please let us know the purchased quantity& capacity you need.
Step2) Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you.
Step3) Please check and confirm the PI.
Step4) Pay the money or deposit to us after the PI Confirmed by you.
Step5) After payment , all goods will be sent to you in 15-30 working days as usual.
