Q1: How do I place an order and what information will I have to provide when ordering?
A1: Please provide the details :
(1) Material: adhesive paper, clear or white PE,PET,PVC,BOPP etc.
(2) Size and quantity.
(3)Applied place: Pl s advise where your stickers will be applied to, we will suggest proper material for you.
(4) Packing: roll, sheet or individual sheet?
(5)Design for us to check the printing color and cut shape?
(6)Could you send us the artwork format for your adhesive labels, such as AI, PDF, Coreldraw,etc.
Q2: When can I get the price?
A2: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. Please call us if you are very urgent to get the price.
Q3: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A3: we can provide you sample free as long as you afford the express freight.
Q4: Can you do the design for us?
A4: Yes, we have a professional design team, Just tell us your ideas and wewill help to carry out your ideas into perfect labels. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files, send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to change, we will send you finished files forconfirmation.
Q5: How about the delivery time?
A5: Normally 10-20days after receiving your deposit.
Q6: What is the way of payment?
A6:we can accept T/T,L/C at sight,alibaba online payment,Xtransfer,paypal etc.
Q7: How do you ship the finished products?
A7:we can send by sea,air or express(TNT,DHL,FEDEX,UPS. if you have courier in China, we can send to them as well.
(You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.)

A8: Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be same as samples.
