• Product description

VCI-802 Semi-synthetic Cutting Fluid is a water-soluble cutting fluid used in metal cutting and grinding. The common concentration is 5%~10%. It contains high performance synthetic esters and extreme pressure lubrication additives. Excellent performance under various strict operating conditions. This product can be mixed with water to form a micro emulsion with long service life, stability and uniform dispersion.

• Application

This multi-purpose synthetic cutting fluid with excellent extreme pressure performance is  developed specifically for new requirements of service life and environmental protection in the automobile industry. Especially suitable for all processing of aluminum alloy, can effectively prevent the material from moldy, blackening and other corrosion. It can process all kinds of materials including materials used in aviation industry.

• Main performance

1. It does not nitrite, diethanol amine (DEA), phenol, 4-tert-Butylbenzoic acid and other substances harmful to human health and environment. Thus the safety protection of operators is improved while environmental pollution is reduced.

2. Excellent extreme pressure and lubrication performance, thus greatly prolongs the service life of the cutter and obtains excellent surface finish.

3. Excellent antimicrobial stability, a coolant life of more than 12 months is easily obtained in a well maintained system.

4. Excellent performance in various processing operations of nonferrous metals such as aluminium, copper and alloys, ferrous metal and stainless steel.

5. Good anticorrosion to all kinds of metals.

6. Good resistance to miscellaneous oil pollution.

7. The emulsion has excellent stability even when the water has hardened.

8. Less additive amount.

• Usage

1. The equipment should be cleaned before using this product, be careful not to contaminate the new liquid.

2. Dilution should be the original solution slowly into the water, and constantly stirring.

3. Grinding  }2-5%

• Packing and storage

200L/barrel, store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse at room temperature.
