Q1. How is your QC systems?

We have got ISO9001&ISO14001 certificated. All of our products will pass strict QC processes before shipment.

Q2. What is the warranty for the lights?

5 years warranty. If there is any quality problem during the warranty period, we will cover the shipping cost and replacement.

Q3. What is your sample offering time?

1~2 daysforsamples in stock, 3~5 days for new samples.

Q4. What is your shipping way?

By express(FedEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc.), air, sea.

Q5. What is your payment terms?

30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery.

Q6.Can we make our own label on the sample lights?

Yes, we can use the label you offer,we can also do OEM & ODM.

Q7.Our project is on seaside, what if your lights be corrosion by sea water? Metal has high corrosion resistance.Besides, we do best on light surface treatment,  electrostatic spraying and electrophoresis can effectively protect our lights from salt water corrision.
