Operation steps
1.Turn on the power.
2.Turn on the power switch and set the vacuum time according to the vacuum packaging requirements.
3.Set the sealing temperature and sealing time according to the material of the vacuum bag.
4.Place the product on the sealing strip.
5.Press the vacuum cover to start the vacuum.
6.When a certain degree of vacuum, enter the sealing process.
7.After sealing, enter the cooling state, and then deflate, packaging is completed.
Attentions
FOR the first time you use this machine,please do some checking and preparing work:
1.Check if the accessories are complete, check screws of all parts if some of them is/are loose, check if the organic glass cover is flexible when turning up and down.
2.Before power on, add moderate lube to the active parts, oil hole and lubricating nipple, in addition, add moderate No.6 gasoline engine oil(low viscosity oil) according to the user manual of vacuum pump(usually 1/2 of oil window height,but not more than 3/4).
3.Adjustment of vacuum degree Depending on the items to be packed, choose setting optimal vacuum time to get suitable vacuum degree. The longer vacuum time is, the higher vacuum degree is.
4.Adjustment of sealing temperature and sealing time.
Set optimal sealing time and temperature based on the type of item and material of packing bag,so as to get optimal sealing intensity. Note:there is no vacuum oil inside, please buy it on yourself.
