the freight charge needs to be paid by you first, and it'll refund

Q5: What's your payment term?
TRANSMO: 30% deposit in advcance by T/T, balance 70% paid
when goods ready by T/T also. Samll amount payment could be
paid 100% amount by T/T or paypal. Please confirm
