1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company? A:We have our own factory.
2.Q:How to get the price list? A:Pls Email /call /fax to us with you like items name together with you details(name,details address,telephone,etc),we will send to you as soon as possible.
3.Q:Does the products have CE/ROHS certificate? A:Yes, we can offer the CE/ROHS certificated for you as to your requirements.
4.Q:What's the shipping method? A:Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express.which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements.
5.Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me? A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you.And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.
6.Q:What's the Payment method? A:T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We sugguest you transfer the full price at one time. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.
7.Q: Can you accept Paypal or Escrow? A:Both payment by Paypal and Escrow are acceptable. We can accept the payment by Paypal(Escrow), Western Union,MoneyGram and T/T .
8.Q:Can we print our own brand for the fixtures ? A: Yes, Of course.Will be our pleasure to be one your good OEM manufacturer in China to meet your OEM requirements.
