We provide 1 month exchange and 12 months maintenance warranties. That is items can be exchanged
during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases,buyers will only have to return the components with problems rather than the entire package).
Before returning the items.please make sure you get our return address. Please use regular postal service
and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them.
No return will be accepted except for manufacturer’s defect. If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after you received the item. Please provide us with a digital photo of your item for any
complaints for us to do the investigation. Return items must in brand new which means it is kept in the original packaging. If Customers place an order without contact us and purchase wrong items, Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable in return case Buyers need to pay the shipping and handling charges again for
the re-ship items,except we make a mistake with buyer address.
