HHLY61300SD Intaglio printing machine is a high-performance intaglio printing machine, it has been assembled and combined the oversea printing machine’s characteristics, it has the feature of independent transmission, automatic cover matching and it could work without screw rod. It has has high accuracy when pre-color matching, and also could achieve high speed in color matching, wastage reducing and result in high output.
Processing method
HHLY61300-SD is combined with 2 material unwinding units, 2 material charging units, No.0 plate installing unit,6 printing units, 2 material discharging units, 2 material winding units, and 6 drying units. Based on the printing color numbers, users could choose single-headed printing or double-headed printing (to print two different products at the same time), which could give full play to the machine’s efficiency , saving the labor cost. Therefore, it would be able to meet the requirements of future needs on multi-color printing products.

B. Drying oven: nozzle type hot air circulation arc structure.
C Plate cylinder adopts AC servo motor, it allows independent transmission, it uses air compressing manner for plate installing , and achieve fast speed when changing plate.
