B. senoir QC team for quality inspection with acoustics equipment:
b1. before assembly, each ear-tip needs to be qualified by our QC staff (no dust, no extra part, no size mixing, no color mistaking, no broken) by vernier caliper, microscope, etc.
b2. during assembly, 80% filters must be verified to see whether its function works complied with the test report by CE-Standard.
b3. after assembly, 70% earplugs must be tested in lab by real persons (volunteers, according to CE-Standard) and immitation body to guarantee the products shipped to you are qualified
b4. before packaging, each customized box needs to be inspected by our QC team (no scratches, no broken, no size mistaking, no color mixing, etc.)
b5. during packaging, each worker is responsible to each processure (if any mistake found later by QC team, penalty will be borne by him/her) to make sure each worker is experienced & conscientious for each order.
b6. after packaging, experienced QC staff will check each box for you, to guarantee no items are missing from each box before its boxing into the carton.
