1. What’s your main product?
We specialize in various kinds of bags and luggage, such as backpack , trolley bag, duffel bag, shopping bag ,waist bag, evening bag, messenger bags and so on. We can also committed to a variety of footwear, clothing and other fields of trade. To meet the needs of different markets.
2. Is sample order available?
Yes, It’s available. For sample in stock, we can offer 1-2 cheaper samples for free if you will like to pay the freight. For new made sample, it is USD10-USD50 per piece; and for sample with your logo, it is USD30-USD80(not including express. We will return the 1-2pcs sample cost after mass order 1000pcs confirmed.)
3. Can you add my own logo?
Of course we can add your own logo on the bag as customer’s requests. You can just share ideas and send us your logo in AI or PDF format.
4. Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we do. We can produce all kinds of bags with your brand or other brand authorized by your company. Also we can produce bags according to your own design. Of course all of OEM or ODM designs, we will not recommend or produce for any other clients. If needed, we can sign Non-disclosure Agreement.
5. Tell me your sample lead time and bulk lead time?
Sample time is 5-7days, bulk lead time is 30 days.

7. Do you have professional QC(Quality Control), QA(Quality Assurance)?
Of course. We have professional QA department to process quality control.
8. Do you provide after-sales service/support ?
This is our standard after-sales service process once any quality issues happened: Firstly contact with the Sales and customer service manager and tell them about the problems and send actual photos, then all our teams will discuss about it and must reply you within 8 hours about how to deal with the problems. Please help us provide more pictures and problem quantities, etc., so that we can better analyze how this problems come out. After-sales service team will give the solutions.
