A : Our normal product MOQ is 100pcs, we can accept trial order for you to do the marketing.

Q : What is your sample policy? Will you offer free sample?

A : for New customer, We cannot offer free sample. Usually, customers pay our car fridge samples and shipping at the cost of their own. But we will refund the sample cost after bulk order confirmed to us, And once you become our regular customers, we will offer free samples then.

Q : What about the Lead time?

A : 5-7 days for sample

5-30 days for mass production.

Q: What is the after-sale policy?

A: We offer one year warranty, and we will offer free spare parts to you. If any manufacture multifunctional problem. We will send the extra items along in your next order.
