18 & 24 Karat Gold Plating Machine For Gold Plated Coated Protection Layer
Gold plating machine is using Brush plating solution solution & Brush plating pen to become chemical reaction to dissociate the ion. It is brushed in the surface of metal, making the metal change its color in the surface. Different kinds of electroplating solution has a little gold content. The electroplating brush doesn't make the workpiece demaged, and doesn't influence the accuracy of workpiece either, making the workpiece perfect and good looking.
Tips: Before metal electroplating the workpiece must be cleaned, polished & removed the oxidized layer in the surface. These steps can make the workpiece colored more easily when electroplating.

Operation Steps
Operation Steps--18 & 24 Karat Gold Plating Machine
In the electroplating process, the workpiece must be clamped with a clamp.
1. Setting the required voltage;
2. Use the pen head to absorb a certain amount of electroplating solution in beaker;
3. Using the the head of the gilded pen gently move back and forth on the surface of the workpiece (without excessive pressure, just contact the pen tip with the workpiece to be electroplated);
4. Before electroplating other workpieces, use the pen tip to absorb the electroplating solution again before electroplating (the pen tip needs to be replaced if it is polluted)
