1. How can I get samples? 


Our Samples are free, shipping is on clients' cost and will be refunded after batch order.




2. What is your MOQ?


Basically our MOQ is 1500pcs. But we accept lower quantity for trial order. And we will offer the best price based on quantity.




3. What is the payment term?


a. For sample or trial order,we accept Paypal,western union and trade assurance. 


b. For larger orders,T/T or L/C or trade assurance will be acceptable.T/T 30% deposit before


production,70% balance before shipment.




4. Leading time?


a. Samples will be sent within 12-24hours after payment;


b. Small orders will be delivery within 7-10 days after payment based on stock.


c. Big batch orders will be delivery with 20-25days based on payment terms.




5. Is customized order acceptable ?


Customized order is very much preferable for us. We can customize packing, shape, material, labeling and etc., What clients' demand is our priority.
