1. Because the printed goods is customized, we don’t support 7 days without reason return and exchange goods, compared to the common goods are more complex and can not be second sales, so please read the following instructions carefully before placing an order to protect your interests.
2. Regarding quality issues, if you find any quality problem, such as wrong paper, wrong cut size, missing print back, missing picture or text, or large area of ink dyeing when you receive goods after printing, please contact our customer service immediately. (printed matter in the clipping error of 1-2 mm or left-right tilt 1mm, is a normal phenomenon) after
verification, will reprint or refund for you.
3. Regarding the quantity, the error of the finished product quantity is within 2% which is normal (less than 5% in the
manufacturing process) , and the excess part below 100 sheets can only be treated by the unit price reduction, and no reprinting is allowed. Usually, our products are shipped in exact quantities or even redundant.
4. We can't rely on subjective requests for rebates such as ”it's not what I thought it would be” “I think it's too dark or too
light” “I saw it on the computer”.
5. Text error, whether you give the designer the text itself is wrong or the designer gives you the wrong text, once confirmed, we press as your confirmed the document printing, we don’t assume any compensation refund liability, please proofread every word carefully before you finalize it. Once confirmed, the logo and pattern can not be modified.
6. Regarding the chromatic aberration, we will print according to the pattern and the color card number you provide.
