Following description is about our 1.6 meters wide two-layer double-screw air bubble film machine for your reference.

●This machine can produce 2 layers air bubble film with LDPE/LLDPE (raw material).
●For double screws, we can adjust the thickness of each layer separately, and increase the capacity by 50% ~ 80%.

A full set of machine includes:

· One extrusion set.
· One air bubble film forming roller (air bubble shape and size can be customized).
· One set of air bubble film forming frame with vertical dividers.
· One automatic raw material feeder, reducing labor cost.
