Shanghai Qianji Model Co., Ltd. is located in Songjiang, Shanghai, with convenient transportation and elegant environment. The workshop and office area are 6000 square meters.
Since its establishment, it has focused on R&D and production of prototype model making, CNC processing, 3D printing, sheet metal processing, mold injection

Founded in Shanghai Hengguo in 2005, the company specializes in prototype production, CNC processing, 3D printing, sheet metal processing, mold injection molding. It is applied to auto parts, robots, lighting, mechanical hardware, aerospace and military industry, electronic instruments, medical equipment, digital appliances, communication mobile phones, security intelligence, UAVs, etc.
In 2009, the branch company was established to determine the national layout with Shanghai as the headquarters, and set up a process research and development center.

Must read before placing an order

NO.1 file format
Please also provide special ST/STP format for 3D printer or have the customer manager transfer the format for you and carefully check the model details and dimensions in the screenshot with the customer manager for adjustment
NO.2 Assembly body
The assembly clearance shall be reserved for the assembly parts. The molding error of products with different processes and materials will not cause the document design. Please reserve enough assembly clearance margin. It is recommended to use the same material as the assembly parts.
NO.3 About Delivery
Customized products take time to produce and cannot be resold. Please understand that the order confirming the production for the fastest delivery of products does not support the modification or replacement of files, does not change the production quantity, or cancels the order.Check documents
Different software compatibility, conversion format or use of different software may lead to detail deviation. Please carefully check the details with the customer service before placing an order (such as thread)
NO.4 Split Print
By default, the products in an STL file are indivisible as a whole. If your STL file contains multiple products or needs to be disassembled and assembled, please split it into multiple files in advance

NO.5 Assembly body

Matters Needing Attention

NO.1 file format
Ordinary file images cannot be printed. Please provide STL format file 1 file format 3Dmax, CAD, Sketchup and other software dedicated to 3D printers to output STL format files.
NO.2 Assembly body
The thickness of large area sheet shall be greater than 12mm; the diameter of independent column shall be greater than 1mm; the width of four embossed strokes shall be greater than 0.35mm; the diameter of small holes shall be greater than 1mm
NO.3 Split Print
The price is mainly calculated according to the molding volume, and the complicated structural parts are charged additionally. For details, please consult the customer service

NO.4 Assembly body
It can be completed within 24-48 hours according to the complexity of the general order. If there are other processes such as silk screen printing, painting, electroplating, oxidation, polishing, etc., another man hour shall be calculated according to the specific situation. Please consult the customer service for details when placing an order.
NO.5 Part size
There will be positive and negative tolerances in the material cutting process. If you have specific requirements for the precision of the machined parts, please be sure to inform the customer service of the specific data before placing an order.
