A: Standard length 2m or shorter, there is not any MOQ limited.
Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Also, by airline , by rail and by sea shipping are optional.
Q7. Is it available to print my logo on led light product?
A: Certainly, please confirm the design firstly based on our sample, and then inform us formally before our production.
Q8. How to deal with the faulty product?
A: Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%. And secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send replacement with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
