Q1： Can you do private label for our order?
A1： Yes, we accept your private label, printing, design and packing.
Q2：What’s the MOQ for private label?
A2： Normally request 1000-5000, but it depends on the specific products and what kind of packing do you need.
Q3：What’s the lead time/delivery time?
A3: It is about 1-7 days for inventory goods after received your payment.
B3: For OEM orders, it is about 35-45 days after your confirmation of mass production samples and also it depends on the products
and your purchase quantity.
Q4： Do you offer the design support for private label business?
A4： Yes, we have professional R & D department who can work with you, but we need to charge for private label design.
Q5： Can you offer sample?
A5： Yes, we offer free sample for most of items but the freight will be on your side. As to the customized samples, we will charge you sample fee and collection, and will refund you when you place the order.
Q6: What’s the payment term?
A: We usually do T/T, 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before shipping. Moreover, we also accept L/C, B/L, West Union(USA)

A7: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP
Q8: Which port will you ship the goods?
A8: We usually do EXW and FOB Ningbo, but we also can ship the goods according to your needs, like Shanghai and Shenzhen.
