For test reports, they are usually required by the clients’ different needs. We have ASTM test report and MSDS for customer reference.

 

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?

 

Yes, we can produce by your samples. We also offer customization service to our customer. 

 

Q6. What is your sample policy?

 

We can supply the sample for free if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

 

Q7. What is your sample time?

 

If we have the ready parts in stock(like the candle molds, candle containers or fragrance), the sample can be completed within 24hours. If you need custom your candle size and fragrance, it needs 5~7days.

 

Q8. What’s your MOQ?

 

Generally, our MOQ is 5000pcs per color or per style, but if we have ready parts in stock, like the candle glasses or candle tins or candle ceramic cups, we accept small orders.If we don't have the ready parts in stock and need merchandise from the parts factory, that will need high MOQ. So it depends on your specific inquiry of candle.

 

Q9. Can you custom the fragrance that I need?

 

Yes, we have professional flavorist, just send us the scent sample, we can copy your scents.Or you can select from our scents list, then we can send you the scents sample, so that you can smell it and select your loved scents to make your candle.

 

Q10. What are your terms of packing?

 

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons. If you have legally registered Patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

 

Q11. How about your delivery time?

 

Normally, it will take 25 to 35 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

 

Q12. What are your terms of delivery?

 

We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery or against copy of shipping B/L. For long-term business relations, we have more advantageous terms for payment.
