Silicon Carbide(SIC) Support
Silicon carbide (SiC) is a lightweight ceramic material with high strength properties comparable to diamond. It has excellent thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and is resistant to corrosion from acids.
Taking silicon carbide as the main material and adding expansion agent and anti oxidant, Refractory silicon carbide pillar / post / props as kiln furniture have very high load softening temperature and excellent anti oxidative effect through vibration supported uniaxial press compaction and high temperature firing.
It is mainly suitable for sintering of sanitary ceramic, construction ceramic, household ceramic and electric ceramic in tunnel kiln、shuttle kiln、and roller kiln below 1400 degree centigrade, endure high temperature and great intensity, with no deformation.
