MSLCV07 is 1717 movable flat panel detector. This manual describes the parameter specification, installation way, storage and transportation, precautions and other aspects of the flat panel detector.

Installation Instructions
1、The flat panel detector must be installed by specialized personnel.
2、When installing the detector system, prevent the detector from slipping off.
3、During the installation of detector, reduce or avoid detector vibration and impact as much as possible!

Installation Steps for Detector
X-ray flat panel detector must be installed in the film magazine before use. Specific installation steps are as follows:
•Put the detector into the film magazine, and fasten the detector with pressing pieces around the film magazine;
•Lead the detector connecting wire out of the film magazine through the film magazine wire hole;
•Connect the external connecting wire in the air and connect it to the power supply box;
•Connect the power supply box with DROC workstation through the network cable;
•Connect the power supply box with the high voltage generator through a hard synchronous line;
•Plug in the power cord and AC cable and turn on the detector, and the detector can work normally.

Introduction to DR System Connection
The whole DR system mainly includes X-ray ball tubes, an X-ray generator, a flat panel detector and a DROC workstation, and the connection among the flat panel detector, the high voltage generator (Ruidi high voltage generator) and DROC workstation is shown in Figure 7 below. The detector is directly connected to the power supply box, and the gigabit Ethernet cable and the synchronous exposure cable transferred by the power supply box are connected to DROC workstation and the high voltage generator respectively. 220V power of the power supply box can be supplied from the grid power on the wall or the rack.
