Q:What about the trade term,payment term and delivery time?

A:Trade terms: EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF all accepted.

Payment terms: Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T.  Quality is our culture. We also accept payment by Trade Assurance in alibaba, which means full refund in case of bad quality or late delivery.

Delivery time: It is based on the quantity and size you order. But normally,for a kids zone , it takes 15 to 25 working days to produce and also pre-install. 

Q:How can I place order ?

A:Sign contract-- Pay deposit-- Production--Pay balance--loading – delivery.

We also have installation service , if you need , please tell us in advance. 

Q: what about the payment for Installation of the kids zone?

A:1^st, if the kids zone is small, and easy to install,or our customer insist to install by themselves,  we would pre-install , and mark each metal posts and accessories and take photos and videos to guide about the installation, you would also get a professional instruction from us. 

And , if the project is big ,we can provide installation services as your requirement. We have the professional installation team.Installation costs are calculated separately.

Q:Whether the products meet Our national standards?

A:Bettaplay Playground sells the playground equipment all over the world. Our products are strictly manufactured according to the quality standards of European and American markets. We confirm our raw materials are certified by ASTM,TUV and CE. But if some other new standards in certain country, the buyer has responsibility to inform the seller to follow before purchase.
