The DS84c is a 3.2" x 3.0" 10-prints and rolls Livescan at 500 dpi certified by the FBI according to FBI IAFIS IQS App. F. as
Livescan System as well as for Identification Flats

With up to 27 frames per second for 4-slaps and up to 25 frames per second for rolled prints acquisition the DS84c is unique in
terms of acquisition speed. An ergonomic design combined with an easy-to-integrate SDK architecture makes the DactyScan84c the
perfect choice for system integrators and solution providers.
*10-PRINTS AND ROLLED ACQUISITION
A user interface based on 12 three color leds facilitates the acquisition procedure by indicating the fingerprint(s) to be
acquired and providing quality feedback thus eliminating the necessity for skilled operators and therefore increasing workflow
efficiency.
The DS84c is available as OEM module for all system integrators looking for a compact 10-print Livescan to be physically
integrated in embedded solutions.

As optional module, DS84c can be upgraded with a leading edge SW solution detecting fake fingers made with various different
materials. GB_FFD add-on can be used on existing DS84c as well as on new installations.

If you want us to repair the fault terminals, please contact with VDETTE guy to confirm it first. And then you can send them to our HK's address:(before shipment, kindly contact your sales
Note: 1) All returns must be sent carriage-paid.
2) Please send the original wrapping with in other parcel in order to avoid that it gets damage.
3) Do not sent accessories together with your repair (cables, battery, etc.)

Remote support
When problem can not be solved by phone or there is a complex bug, we will use our remote monitoring center to monitor and diagnose.
