1) Are you a factory or trading company? 

We are a factory specialized in Plastic  Products with 8 years experience.

2) Can we do printing on the all plastic products?

Yes, you can. We could offer two printing ways: silk screen printing,heat transfer printing.

3) Can we get your free samples?

We can provide you with the samples requested. You need to pay the fee of the sample, but the money can be deducted from the final order you place afterwards. Besides, the delivery cost is also borne by you.

4) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our  MOQ .

5) What is the normal lead time?

A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within  7- 15  work days after we receive your payment.

B. For  OEM  products, the delivery time is  30-35  work days after we receive your payment.

6) How long is the least time of the samples?

A.For existing samples, it takes  2-3  days.

B.If you want your own design logo, it takes  5-7  days, subject to your designs whether they need new print screen.

7) What is your payment term?

A. T/T, PayPal are accepted.

B. For bulk production:  30%  deposit pay before mass production, and  70%  pay before shipment.

9) How do you control the quality?

1.If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.
