A:We are professional factory producing all kinds of daily used ceramic product, and other ceramic home decoration .

A: Our factory located in Chaozhou city,Guangdong province,China.

A: We produce durable porcelain,stoneware and new bone china.
4 .Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality first. We has our QC team which conducts 3 times inspection during the production process.When green body finished we conduct the first in-spection.Then, second inspection after firing.The third inspection is conductedafter decal before packaging.
5 .Q: Could i print my own logo and design on the products?
A: Yes, OEM&ODM are welcomed.Customization is our strength.
6 .Q: Could i get a sample before placing an order?
A: Yes, we provide a sample to check the quality but shipping cost paid by customers. For customized products, need sample fee. When reach certain quantity, the sample fee is returnable.
7 .Q: May i know the sample time?
A: Usually 3 to 5 days by DHL shipping. For customized sample, it takes about 7 to 15 days for sample making.
8 .Q: How many days for mass production?
A: Usually 40 to 50 days for production. It depend on quantity and customized process.
