Technology and Quality:

 

1. The boat is Hull-high temperature vacuumed and cured with epoxy resin heat cured in mold for maximum structural integrity and stiffness .

2. The the boat is Laminated sandwich construction with carbon fiber and fiberglass construction ,with additional material reinforcement.

 

Material:

Outside layer: fiberglass epoxy resin, wearproof and UV resistance high polished surface

Middle layer: cormat for the boat body stability and stiffness

Inside layer: carbon fiber layup, epoxy resin , wearproof and UV resistance.

Parameter:

1. the overall sealing structure of the hull is molded by high pressure molding.

2. the upper and lower hull clamping system adopts Plange inner joint connection structure, and the interface is smooth without bump.

3. medium compartment seats can be adjusted back and forth, and slide rail type slot is used for mobile convenience.

4. seats are made of glass fiber and connected with aluminum alloy pedestal.

5. the binding pedal is made of high-density PE bearing foot pedal and connected with rudder and flexible steering.

6. the bottom of the hull has drainage holes to keep drainage during the stroke.
