APPLICATIONS:

it can be used in high speed submerged arc welding of thin plate for ordinary structure steels, boiler and pressure vessel and pipeline steels with appropriate wires (such as H08MnA,H08A).

CHARACTERISTICS:

TH·SJ301 is a Aluminum and titanium alloy type sintered flux with particle size of 2.0mm to 0.28mm(10-60 mesh ). The alkalinity is about 0.5 to 0.7. It can be used in AC and DC dual purpose. The arc combustion is stable, the slag is easy to be removed, and the welding seam is formed beautifully. The fiux is not sensitive to a small amount of rust and other impurities.

ATTENTION:

1. Before using, the flux shall be baked for 2 hours at 300-350 ℃.

2.Do remove rust, oil, water and other impurities in the weld zone before welding.
