Yes,our extractors have a warranty of 1 Year from date of purchase.
When will my order be shipped?

Are your extractors and sight glasses tested before they are shipped out?
We build our extractors on site in our warehouse we extensively test every fully assembled extractor and sight glass to ensure the safety of our customers and the effectiveness of the equipment.We conduct a water immersion test on the extractor while pressurized at 120 PSI with nitrogen gas.The Our sight glasses are tested to at least 350 PSI.
Are your extractors easy to clean and how often should they be cleaned?
The stainless steel component of the extractors should be cleaned after every extraction with 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Be sure to take special care when cleaning Viton rubber gaskets as prolonged exposure to alcohol will degrade the gasket.
What kind of yields can your extractor provide?
The yield depends on a range of variables including,but not limited to,the method of the extraction,the temperature of the solvent,the temperature of the material,and the quality of the material.Our extractors are able to provide the maximum yield from the material packed into the column.Alternatively,you can use the extractor to maximize quality of the product over the quantity.Therefore,the yield depends on the operator and the goal of the extraction.
