Product Description

This high temperature jigger dyeing machine is mainly for ope width nylon, spandex, silk, cotton, polyester, flax and bended fabrics in desizing, bleaching, scouring, dyeing, etc.

Automatic function

The whole machine is human-computer interface intelligent production automatic control system, PLC logical program control, AC variable frequency drive, process parameter setting and displaying on the touch screen, with the operation of buttons on control panel to finish the requested process operation, use the PLC for program control frequency converting control, motor drives two cloth rollers, PLC connected with frequency inverter to get constant line speed and tension control during fabric running process.
This system will overall manage and supervise the size supply, dye tank temperature, fabric surface tension, whole machine speed, line qty, cycles each roller.
