Use

The vacuum exhaust rubber extruder is designed with exhaust holes on the barrel, which can be connected to a vacuum pump for air extraction operation. In the production of rubber sealing strips and other products, the exhaust gas generated in the rubber can be extracted to ensure that the rubber product does not bubble and improve the production quality of the rubber product.

Vulcanization box:

the extruded product is shaped and vulcanized to change the raw rubber into mature rubber to maintain the performance of the rubber. The temperature of the vulcanization box and conveyor speeds can be adjustable according to different requirements. Continuous operation is convenient.

Water tank

The three-meter stainless steel aluminum wheel sink with traction not only has the effect of cooling and shaping the product, but also have the direction guiding and traction functions. In addition, the sink is equipped with four aluminum wheels, which gives enough power to pull rubber products with hard materials such as steel strips.
