Performance and features

 

1. Composite scraper impeller is for all kinds of complex formula, optimizing energy efficiency. Ptfe scraper caters to agitation of tank, scraping the pot wall efficiently.
2. Homogenizer is installed at the bottom of the pot, increasing the power of the motor more thoroughly and more powerful. It could also give full play to the effect of homogeneous for a small amount of production. Homogenizer with frequency control of motor speed is optional, the highest rotating speed of which is 4500r/min. Motor with strength balanced isotactic curve and accordingly stator could realize high energy shear fluid, grinding, centrifugal, ensuring paste is exquisite, smooth; Pot body and pipe surface mirror polishing is 300 mesh (health), conforming to the cosmetic and the requirements of GMP.

3. Part of material in contact with material SUS316L , no dead corner , equipment inside and outside surface are mirror polished, it can meet GMP standard .

4. Mixing system adopts double scrape side mixing and frequency control of motor speed, can meet different process requirements of production.

5. Vacuum deaeration can make the material meet sanitary aseptic requirements, and can adopt suction feeding, especially the powder can prevent the dust float in the sky.

Hydraulic lifting system

Used for materials discharge and easy to clean the pot, it is more convenient and safer for the operator.

High shear homogenizer

Teethed type rotor and stator assembly installed on the vessel bottom or on the top as optional items.

 

Electric box

Button control or PLC touch screen control with frequency control, easy to operate.

Main pot cover

The lid is with a light observation hole, which can keep control of the material emulsification situation in the kettle. There is a small material entrance, which is convenient to add special essence into the kettle. The cover of main boiler can lift up and down to ensure easy maintenance and clean.

Sightglass

The sightglass is on the main pot lid to check the materials to monitor the state of the material in the pot at all times.

Water and oil pots

According to the process requirement,  the whole set machine can equip with oil and water pot for pretreating. Dispersing speed is 1440 RPM.
