Puer fermented loose tea
This tea is known for its ancient history , taste and medicinal properties. The leaves come from the Dayeh variety of broad-leafed tea tree in the Yunnan province. This tree may be more closely related to the original ancient tea tree of preglaciation times than the smaller-leaved one. The tea is marketed in bulk as Pu-erh, shaped into cakes as Pu'er Cake Tea and into the bowl-shaped cakes called Yunnan Tuo Cha. It's all hand made and natural.

Step
To prepare Pu erh tea from cakes, carefully pry out the desired amount leaves and place in a teapot. Rinse by covering with boiling water and quickly pour off. Cover with boiling water again and let steep one to two minutes (depending on how light or dark you want the tea) and serve. Puerh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
(1) After rinsing the tea with hot water for the first time, the second time is ready to be consumed. Infuse the tea with boiling water, steep it for 15 seconds and then it is ready to be consumed. However the timing is based on individual taste, either thick or thin.
(2) The second and third brewing time can be combine together to avoid being too thick.
(3) After the fourth brewing time, following time add another 15 seconds (timing is also based on individual taste).
