This machine tool is a vertical gear shaper with longitudinal layout, which is mainly composed of bed, middle bed, worktable,
column, tool rest, drive box and other main components. This machine tool is three-axis CNC machine tool, which can realize
three-axis linkage, ac servo drive, CNC control.

The main movements of the machine are:

1. Main movement: the cutting tool moves up and down, and the main motor is controlled by ac inverter to realize stepless speed
regulation;

2. Peripheral tooth movement of cutter: C2 axis, driven by ac servo motor;

3. Peripheral tooth movement of the workbench: C1 axis, driven by ac servo motor worm gear pair of the workbench;

4. Vertical column radial feed motion: X axis, driven by ac servo motor ball screw driven vertical column to realize the radial
feed motion of the machine tool;

5, the empty stroke of the tool to let the movement of the knife: through the CAM, roller drive the swing of the knife, to achieve
the radial tooth inside and outside of the knife;
