This is black vinegar made in southern Kyushu, Japan. Usually, small clay jars are used, so it is unusual to produce black vinegar with such huge clay jars (about 450 liters) like Yamadai vinegar is doing.
We use rice, koji, famous natural water in Aya, Miyazaki, Japan, and we add seed-vinegar that has been inherited since 1930. Aya's famous water has been selected as one of Japan's 100 famous natural waters.
Please use premium vinegar for cooking, of course, and for the purpose of maintaining good health, please take a cup of the attached cup or a cup of Sake small cup daily. (It is easier to drink to dilute vinegar about 5 times with water or adding honey etc.) It is in a cosmetic box, so you can use use it as a gift.
