The outer side can be made of galvanized sheet, stainless steel #304 sheet, or stainless steel #316 sheet. The interior is filled
with polyurethane foam, which has good thermal insulation performance.
2. How thick cold storage panels do you provide?
The thickness of our common cold storage panels is 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm. If you need other thickness panels, we
can customize it according to your requirements.
3. What is the applicable temperature range for different panel thicknesses?
* 80mm medium temperature (-5°C or above)
* 100mm low temperature (-15°C or above)
* 120mm low temperature (-25°C or above)
* 150mm ultra low temperature (-35°C or above)
* 200mm ultra low temperature (-50°C or above)
4. What's the difference between the plug-in PU sandwich panels and the cam-lock PU sandwich panels?
The Plug-in PU sandwich panel is fixed by self tapping screw.(Mainly used in large duty cold storage)
The Cam-lock PU sandwich panel is fixed by cam lock. (Mainly used in small duty cold storage)
5. How is the temperature of the cold room/freezer displayed?
The cold room has an electronic display that can display the operating temperature.
6. How do you package and ship?
We will pack all the equipment in wooden boxes. The four corners of the cold room panels are covered with a hard cardboard to
prevent bumps. The accessories and installation tools are packed with carton packaging. If you have specific packaging
requirements, we can package and ship according to your requirements.
7. How do you guarantee the quality?
2 years warranty period, during the warranty period, we will provide you with repair parts for free. After the warranty period, we
will provide repair parts at the cost price.
8. How long is your lead time?
The lead time is generally 7-20 working days, depending on the size of your project.
