1.Q.:Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A.: We have own 3 factories to produce 80% products by ourselves, including golf trolley, safe goal etc, rest 20% purchased from long-term cooperation factories, we can get cheapest and excellent quality from them.
2.Q.: Can you customize the products as per our request?
A.: Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We could make the product suggestion based on your idea and budget.
3.Q.:How to get a sample from you?
A.: All samples will be free if unit cost under 10USD, but the freight should be on your side.
If sample sent by your express account like DHL, UPS etc, we will send sample to you directly (freight collect)
If sample sent by our express account like DHL,UPS etc, you should pay freight in advance (freight prepaid)
Any sample cost could be returned to you as part payment for next large order about Golf Trolley, Safety Soccer Goal and so on.
4.Q.:How about the delivery date?
A.: Within 40 days after deposit received. Urgent order or small order will be handled case by case.
5.Q.:What are your Payment terms?
A. General speaking: TT 50% deposit, the balance is paid upon the copy of B/L.
B. We also accpet: L/C, D/A, D/P, Western Union and MoneyGram.
