Q3:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A3: We located in Ningbo which is closed to Shanghai. It’s an important port city in the east of China. You can fly to Ningbo airport or come from Shanghai, welcome to visit us.
Q4:Do you provide samples ?
A4: Yes, we offer a sample for free charge for some items, but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q5:How long is the lead time?
A5: For the goods we have in stock, lead time will be within 3-5days, If not it will be 15-20 days according to quantity of the order.
Q6:What is your terms of payment?
A6: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment. Please feel free to contact us for the terms for partner
Q7:Can I print my own logo on your products?
A7: Yes,of course. OEM is acceptable if the quantity can reach MOQ. We also do ODM basis on customer’s requirement.
