Q: Can you offer me sample?
A: Yes, we can. The sample we offer is free, but customers need to pay the express charge.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: After receiving deposit, we will try our best to finish all of your order within the shortest time. It’s normal that one small container is about 15-20 days and big container is about 20-25days.
Q: How to know my goods quality?
A: Before completing goods, we will send the bulk goods samples to you through FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS etc.
Q: How about your packaging?
A: 500 gram goods in a OPP bag and 50 bags in a carton. Besides, we will use a big plastic bag outside of a carton to prevent it broken.
Q: More information about payment terms?
A: We accept PayPal, T/T, L/C and Western Union for money transfer. 30% as deposit will be required before the mass production and 70% balance required before sending the order.
Q: How about your after-sale service?
