Application :

Operation Instructions:

1. Put the hardness block on the large flat table and turn it three times to load it, then tighten the diamond indenter with a screwdriver, then unload.

2. Wipe the oil on the hardness block with a clean cloth. Pay attention to the hardness of the block with the word side up. When using the hardness, use the word side. Never use both sides of the hardness. Place the wordless side of the hardness block on the workbench. Rub hard and rub more times.

3, the hardness value HRA with the handle 60KG force, HRB with the handle 100KG force, HRC with the handle 150KG force, HRA and HRC reads the black text of the dial, HRB reads the red letter of the dial.

4. When the hardness is used, the distance between the first point and the next point cannot be less than 3 mm. Turn the three-lap dial positive and negative can not exceed 5 grids (refers to the five small grid on the table), large for 0, small for the red dot, then load 4-6 seconds saturated 10 seconds, unloading reading, hit three The first point is not counted, and the average is taken.

5. If the hardness value is not allowed during the use, the top cover of the hardness tester can be opened. See that there are three red dots on the small lever adjustment plate on the front side, loosen the screws at both ends, adjust a little forward or backward, then Tighten and retest the hardness.
